Airtight and Watertight, a MUST on Cape Cod - Blower door test SUCCESS!!

Serious effort went into sealing this home tight. Today, we ran a blower door test to measure just how airtight/watertight it really is. Airtight homes are key to keeping heat in during the winter, cool air in during the summer, and energy bills low year-round. On Cape Cod, where weather can swing hard, this is imperative within our construction process. In other words, it isn’t just a bonus, it’s a must.
