This historic Cape Cod home, built at the turn of the 20th century, is significant for its history of ownership and the innovation found throughout. Our focus was on restoration and renovation of the home with a commitment to retaining as many of the original elements as possible while delivering modern functionality. To accomplish this, we had to gut the home, then lift and support it to provide a modern foundation for the 11,000-square-foot structure.

The original structure was so well-built that few modifications were needed to deliver modern functionality. This project demonstrates the craftsmanship and collaboration that define The Duffany Way.
