Original architectural elements, including antique windows and historic details, were carefully preserved and reintroduced, celebrating the home’s heritage while improving comfort and performance.
The project also included the construction of a custom guest house on an adjacent lot. Designed as a contemporary complement to the historic main residence, the guest house features clean architectural lines, nickel-gap detailing, a floating staircase, and inviting gathering spaces that embrace panoramic coastal views.
