Todd Duffany
Biography
Todd’s primary responsibility is to manage client expectations and deliver exceptional experiences, with a focus on attention to detail and long-term value. Driven by an analytical mindset and scientific background, Todd expertly devises comprehensive project plans and effectively conveys them to clients. He’s particularly good at thinking outside the box with a creative approach to problem solving that has earned him a reputation as a reliable and innovative leader. Clients and colleagues appreciate Todd’s approachable nature and transparent communication style, often noting his calm disposition and dedication to client satisfaction.
Todd is a graduate of Daniel Webster College with a Bachelor of Science in Aviation Operations and a multi-engine commercial pilot’s license. In addition, he has earned several professional certifications, including a Construction Supervisor’s License, Hydraulics License, and PHIUS Certification. Todd serves as President of the Home Builders & Remodelers Association of Cape Cod, a role he assumed in December 2025, after previously serving two years as Vice President. He is also a board member of Falmouth Community Television.
Todd is active in the local community as a town meeting member in Falmouth, MA, where he resides with his wife, Stacy, and their two daughters. He is a member of the Falmouth Rod & Gun Club, and his hobbies include boating, fishing, snowmobiling, and playing lacrosse.
Todd runs the operational, construction-oriented side of the business where he showcases his deep passion for building techniques and a desire to help bring clients’ visions to life.
