As Managing Partner of M. Duffany Builders, Tim brings a wealth of diverse experience and unwavering commitment to excellence in the construction and renovation industry. His work with the company began with summers in high school and continued through college at Bryant University where he was an All-American and Captain of the lacrosse team. Upon graduation from Bryant University with a bachelor’s degree in finance, Tim embarked on a career in financial services as a Certified Financial Planner before transitioning to a full-time role with M. Duffany Builders in 2017.

Over the course of Tim’s career, he’s worked in many roles with the company, from sales & marketing to business development and various administrative positions. These unique experiences instilled knowledge of the many facets and intricacies of the construction business, ultimately helping Tim in his team-oriented approach to leadership. He thrives on building and nurturing a team of skilled professionals who share his passion for delivering outstanding results. Under Tim’s management, M. Duffany Builders is renowned for its commitment to creating meaningful, enjoyable work environments while delivering world-class experiences for clients. This customer-centric philosophy is coupled with Tim’s strategic acumen and his natural talent for forging strong relationships, ensuring that each client’s vision is brought to fruition with unparalleled expertise and care.

Tim is deeply involved in the Cape Cod community, currently serving on the board of the Falmouth Chamber of Commerce and formerly a board member of the Falmouth Historical Society. Residing in beautiful Duxbury, MA with his wife, Meg, and their three children, Tim enjoys boating, skiing, and playing lacrosse – pastimes that reflect his energetic and engaging personality. His personal and professional endeavors reflect a life dedicated to leadership, community involvement, and the pursuit of excellence.
