Site Superintendent and Working Foreman Ryan T. Doyle joined the M. Duffany Builders team in July of 2023, bringing a comprehensive background in construction and project management. His 2+ decades long career began in 2002 as a Lead Carpenter at Unified Building Remodeling before moving on to other roles in the construction industry where he progressively took on more responsibility. In 2015 Ryan established his own company, Ryno Build, where he honed his skills and expertise estimating jobs, invoicing, billing, and site supervision, setting a solid foundation for his current leadership role. His dedication to transforming job sites from initial concepts to completed visions highlights his passion for construction and commitment to excellence.

Ryan’s primary responsibility is to ensure the timely and proper completion of project tasks while maintaining open and transparent dialogue with his team and homeowners. He accomplishes this through informed decision-making and a work ethic that embodies a unique blend of technical proficiency, leadership prowess, and a deep commitment to his Duffany team and clients. Ryan excels in client communications and problem-solving on-site, ensuring projects are completed accurately and on time. He takes pride in his ability to mentor laborers and apprentices, fostering a learning environment that benefits the project and industry as a whole.

Beyond his professional endeavors, Ryan leads a personal life rooted in family and community. He’s married to Kahlil Garland, with whom he shares a blended family of seven children, comprised of biological children, an adoption, and his niece. Residing in Falmouth, MA where he was born and raised, Ryan enjoys hiking and spending time outdoors, especially when that involves partaking in his children’s activities or sports. Holding various certifications and licenses in construction, plumbing, electrical work, and heavy equipment operation, Ryan’s multifaceted expertise is matched only by his dedication to his family and community.
