Biography
Margaret has an exceptional ability to interface at all levels with clients, facilitating initial meetings, defining project scope, maintaining open communication, and ensuring clients are updated and informed through project completion. She takes a deeply collaborative approach, emphasizing the builder/client partnership to navigate the complexities of Cape Cod construction projects. Margaret’s unique ability to deliver positive experiences, even in the most stressful situations, is grounded in her belief in working with clients rather than for them.
Margaret attended Boston College School of Management, the University of Massachusetts for Language Arts and Social Sciences, and continuing education in Communication and Psychology at Harvard University Extension. Highlighting her dedication to her craft and the continuous pursuit of knowledge and expertise, she holds a Massachusetts Real Estate Salesperson License, Massachusetts Construction Supervisor License, and an OSHA 30 Certification. Beyond her professional accomplishments, Margaret’s life is enriched by her personal interests and family. She and her husband Steven are the proud parents of three daughters, and grandparents to a 22-month-old granddaughter whom they love spending time with. Residing in beautiful Marshfield, Massachusetts for over 30 years, she enjoys working out, cooking, beach outings, household renovation projects, and has recently taken up jigsaw puzzles and crochet as relaxing hobbies.
