Lisa Fleming is a seasoned construction veteran. Having grown up in West Dennis immersed in her grandparent’s excavation company, construction was embedded in her DNA at an early age. Her experience in the field is extensive, having owned a small construction company in Sandwich with her husband and also working for a larger structural drilling company in Boston. During a brief stint away from construction, Lisa’s passion for building and development was reignited when Tim Duffany invited her to join the M. Duffany Builders Pre-Construction & Estimating team as Administrator in 2018.

Lisa is passionate about her role within the Pre-Construction & Estimating Department, embracing team collaboration and operating with confidence in M. Duffany Builders’ commitment to exceed client expectations. Setting her apart is proficiency in the various software tools that help support project managers with accurate budget analysis, and a unique ability to create a cohesive team environment for coworkers. Lisa holds a bachelor’s in business administration from UMass Amherst’s Isenberg School of Management, which coupled with her inherently caring and dynamic personality, make her an invaluable asset to the Pre-Construction & Estimating team.

Residing in Sandwich, Massachusetts, Lisa leads a rich and fulfilling life with her husband of 33 years, Tom, and their spirited Malamute puppy. Together they raised 2 children, Riley, and Shayne, and now cherish moments with granddaughter Lily. Lisa’s love of landscape design, gardening, cooking, and spending quality time with family reflects her commitment to nurturing growth, whether in professional endeavors or personal pursuits.
