Jon Constant, Director of Preconstruction & Estimating, joined the M. Duffany Builders team in August of 2024, bringing with him over 40 years of industry experience. Jon leads Duffany Builders Preconstruction & Estimating with a focus on precision and cross-functional collaboration. His deep-rooted knowledge of the construction business, coupled with a rock-solid commitment to managing and guiding his team makes him an invaluable asset to our company. Jon’s expertise lies in his ability to manage complex project estimates and secure contracts, ensuring that all bids are competitive and accurate.

Over the course of his decades-long career, Jon has found great satisfaction in the art of estimating, especially when a contract is secured after meticulous preparation. However, it shouldn’t be assumed that his approach is all about numbers; he’s equally adept in fostering strong relationships with clients and vendors alike. Jon is known for exceptional communication skills, particularly when explaining the scope of work to clients, which is crucial in building trust and successful partnerships. His coworkers and clients alike appreciate his hands-on approach and the extensive experience he brings to every project.

Outside his professional life Jon is a father to an adult son and enjoys spending his free time boating, fishing, and socializing with friends and family. He likes to stay connected to the coastal lifestyle and like 90% of the Duffany team, he currently resides on Cape Cod in the town of Yarmouth Port, MA.
