Before joining the Duffany team Dave was Director of Operations at Toby Leary Fine Woodworking, Inc. where he honed his expertise over 13 years. His passion for his work is evident in his dedication to seeing projects through from inception to completion. Dave often relishes the tangible impact of his team’s talents on the community and the enduring legacy of their work. His approach to construction goes beyond just building structures; for Dave it’s about crafting lasting relationships and environments that thrive.

When away from bustling construction sites, Dave leads a fulfilling personal life in Hyannis, MA with his family. A devoted husband and father to three teenage boys, he enjoys golfing and riding his motorcycle. Additionally, Dave serves as the General Manager for the American Legion baseball program in the Town of Barnstable, exemplifying his commitment to the community and youth development.
