Ron Girard
Biography
Passionate about his craft, Ron takes great pride in managing a team, working closely with subcontractors and clients to overcome the challenges of budgets and deadlines. His dedication to quality craftsmanship and teamwork has earned him a reputation for reliability and trustworthiness. In addition to his leadership in the field, Ron finds fulfillment in mentoring the next generation of carpenters and tradespeople, routinely sharing his knowledge to help develop their skills. His work has been widely recognized, including a feature in the Journal of Light Construction and a 2021 BRICC Award for a significant historic restoration over $1 million.
Prior to arriving in Falmouth, where he currently resides, Ron served as a volunteer firefighter in the Epsom, NH Fire Department. Further highlighting his commitment to community development, he has volunteered for Habitat for Humanity Blitz Builds. Ron has also participated in the annual HBRACC Construction Career Day, helping to inspire youth to pursue careers in the trades. When he’s not managing projects, Ron enjoys cycling, shooting, and archery.
