When Lauren Pagnini joined the lower Cape team of M. Duffany Builders as Project Administrator in 2023, she brought over 10 years of construction project management experience. Over the course of her career Lauren has a comprehensive skillset that includes budget tracking, prioritization, and client communications. She has completed OSHA 30 and Procore certifications in pre-construction and project management, with additional project management training at Wentworth Institute of Technology.

In her role, Lauren possesses exceptional budget tracking and a unique ability to prioritize objectives within chaotic, often challenging workflows, so that stringent project timelines are always met. Alongside her enthusiasm for client engagement, she embraces a collaborative work environment and upholds the Duffany Builders commitment to always exceed expectations. This client-centric approach, coupled with her ability to seamlessly integrate project scope and deliverables, creates robust client relationships.

Lauren leads an active, well-rounded life as a resident of Southeastern Massachusetts. She is a CrossFit athlete and holds a CrossFit Level 1 Certification. Lauren and her son enjoy downhill mountain biking and motocross. Lauren brings the same level of dedication to her personal life as she does to her professional endeavors, distinguishing herself as a strong, positive figure in both domains.
