Todd Duffany’s career in construction spans nearly 3 decades, initially joining M. Duffany Builders in 1996 before transitioning to a full-time role in 2004. As Managing Partner Todd runs the operational, construction-oriented side of the business where he showcases his deep passion for building techniques and a desire to help bring clients’ visions to life. His approach to leadership is characterized by a unique ability to communicate complex processes in a way that ensures clients are well-informed and involved as their projects progress.

Todd’s primary responsibility is to manage client expectations and deliver exceptional experiences, with a focus on attention to detail and long-term value. Driven by an analytical mindset and scientific background, Todd expertly devises comprehensive project plans and effectively conveys them to clients. He’s particularly good at thinking outside the box with a creative approach to problem solving that has earned him a reputation as a reliable and innovative leader. Clients and colleagues appreciate Todd’s approachable nature and transparent communication style, often noting his calm disposition and dedication to client satisfaction.

Todd is a graduate of Daniel Webster College with a Bachelor of Science in Aviation Operations and a multi-engine commercial pilots license. In addition, he’s earned several professional certifications including Construction Supervisor’s License, Hydraulics License, and Phius Certification. Todd currently serves as the Vice President of the Home Builders & Remodelers Association of Cape Cod and is a board member of Falmouth Community Television. He’s active in the local community as a town meeting member in Falmouth, MA, where he resides with his wife Stacy and their two daughters. Todd is a member of the Falmouth Rod & Gun Club, with other hobbies that include boating, fishing, snowmobiling, and playing lacrosse.
