Peter Kimball
Biography
Peter holds a bachelor’s degree in mechanical engineering from Northeastern University and is a certified Massachusetts Construction Supervisor. His passion for creating beautiful homes shines bright through collaboration with clients, architects, and the M. Duffany Builders team. Peter’s mantra is: “Work on what is next.” This forward-thinking approach drives his focus with the foresight needed to execute on new construction projects. These unique qualities paired with an unwavering commitment to client satisfaction position Peter as a respected leader in the field.
As a resident of Harwich, MA, Peter’s deep commitment to the community is evident in his past role as President of the Home Builders and Remodelers Association of Cape Cod and as the Chairman of the Board for Habitat for Humanity of Cape Cod where he currently serves. He has a daughter, Katherine, who lives in New Orleans, Louisiana and enjoys surfing, snowboarding, yoga, or spending time with his fiancé Kristin. Peter’s zest for life is matched by his enthusiasm for reading and travel, ensuring he brings a well-rounded perspective to all endeavors, professional or personal.
Peter’s career with the company began in 2003, first serving as President of renowned Cape Cod builder AP Kimball Construction, and later as Vice President of M. Duffany Builders Lower Cape division.
