I have been an architect in private practice for over thirty years with a focus on custom, often waterfront residential properties. These types of projects come with a myriad of challenges and require a contractor that is intimately familiar with the harsh realities that waterfront construction presents. As an architect doing these types of projects one of my biggest concerns is who will be chosen as the general contractor. When M.
