I joined M Duffany Builders in 2022 and was instantly welcomed as part of the family. Like any family, each team member brings their own set of skills and personality to the mix. Our field crews are passionate about creating beautiful spaces, our office staff are dynamic and talented, ensuring operations run smoothly, and our leadership is always willing to offer guidance and inspiration. Whether facing challenges or celebrating successes, we do so together, and for that, I am incredibly grateful.  

Core leadership has a vested interest in growth and developing quality employees. 

One of the things I love about Duffany is this team’s true understanding of building and remodeling coastal homes. There are others that are capable of building or remodeling a high-end home, but this team knows how to do it in a way that will withstand the test of time and the challenges of coastal living. 

Working with M. Duffany Builders has been an experience that’s redefined my perspective on leadership and work-life balance.
